How we work

Software does the routine. People make the calls.

Most engineering work follows rules: tests, scans, updates, and reports. We automate that part. The decisions stay with senior engineers, and you pay for the finished result instead of the hours.

The work, split in two

Rules-based work goes to software. Anything that needs judgment goes to a person.

Handled by software

  • Running tests on every change
  • Scanning code, dependencies, and cloud settings
  • Watching metrics and logs, and sorting alerts
  • Drafting documents, reports, and boilerplate code
  • Applying routine updates in a test environment first

Owned by our engineers

  • What to build, and in what order
  • Architecture, data, and security decisions
  • Reviewing every change before it ships
  • Investigating incidents and fixing the cause
  • Talking trade-offs, cost, and timing through with you

Why we price the work, not the hours

Hourly billing made sense when every task needed a person. Most tasks don't anymore.

Hours reward the wrong thing

When you pay by the hour, a slow project earns the vendor more. A fixed price puts the risk of delay on us.

Better tools, faster delivery

Automation keeps making engineering faster. When the price is fixed, that speed shows up as shorter timelines for you.

You can plan around it

You know what each milestone and each month will cost before it starts, so budgets hold.

One loop: build, run, grow

The same team carries your software from the first plan to long-term growth.

Guardrails we never skip

Automation speeds the work up. These rules keep it safe.

People approve anything risky

Production changes, payments, and anything that touches customer data wait for a person to approve them.

Everything is logged

Every automated action leaves a record of what ran, when, and what changed.

Your data stays yours

We use AI providers and settings that don't train on your data.

You can see the work

You have the code and the reports from day one, and a live view of the systems we run.

Common questions

Does AI write your code?

Some of it. AI writes first drafts of tests, boilerplate, and documentation. An engineer reviews every change before it merges and is responsible for what ships.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. We choose AI providers and settings that don't train on your data. Customer details and financial records stay out of public models.

Who is responsible if something goes wrong?

We are. A named engineer owns each system we run, and incidents are handled within the response time in your plan. If we miss it, you get a credit.

Can we start small?

Yes. Start with a discovery sprint or a single milestone. If you go ahead with the build within 60 days, the discovery fee counts toward it. Either way, you keep everything we made.
