Every piece of work has a fixed price, agreed before it starts. We don't publish numbers because no two systems are the same, but the way we price is the same for everyone.
Three ways to buy

Discovery sprint
A short sprint for one fixed fee. You leave with requirements, an architecture, wireframes, and a fixed quote for the build.

Pricing questions
Why don't you publish prices?
Two systems that look alike on paper can take very different amounts of work, so a number on this page would be wrong for most people. A short call, and a discovery sprint if the scope needs it, gets you a price you can rely on.
What if the scope changes?
The price of work already agreed doesn't change. New ideas get their own quote, and nothing starts until you've approved it.
What counts as a task?
One self-contained piece of improvement work, like a small feature, a new report, or a new automation. Keeping the system running never uses up tasks. Anything larger is quoted as a milestone.
What if you miss a response time?
You get a credit on your next invoice. The response times and the credit amounts are written into your plan.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled with 30 days' notice, and you keep all the code, data, and documentation.
Can you take over software we already have?
Yes. We start with a review of the code and infrastructure, run like a short discovery sprint for a fixed fee. Then we quote a monthly plan to run it.
